THE TEAM
The Argentimes editorial team is currently run by Kristie Robinson, who came to Argentina at the start of 2006. Kristie is a British journalist, who, before starting The Argentimes in June 2006, had worked in both the UK and overseas. She had also worked in the press office of an international development charity based in London. Since coming to Argentina, Kristie has continued writing for overseas publications, for media as diverse as Channel 4 and the Lonely Planet.
Kate Stanworth, an experienced photographer and picture editor, is heading up The Argentimes photography department. Since arriving in Buenos Aires from the UK in June 2006, Kate has continued working on personal photography projects and has had two exhibitions in the capital.
The newspaper is designed by Tripla, a Buenos Aires design agency. [www.tripla.com]
Lending support from the UK is web developer Emma Verity, who has also worked and travelled extensively in South America. [www.angelfishstudio.com]
Running the commercial side of the newspaper is Miguel Martínez de Campos. Miguel has been with The Argentimes since the middle of 2007, and runs the marketing and advertising departments of the paper.
CONTRIBUTIONS
The newspaper is produced by a team of journalists and photographers based in Buenos Aires, who are both from Argentina and overseas.
The editorial team is supported in this by a group of interns wanting to improve their Spanish as well as gaining invaluable work experience. If you are interested in either a journalism or photography internship, you can apply directly to The Argentimes – send an email to info@theargentimes.com. The newspaper is able to offer a placement but unable to provide any financial support in terms of living arrangements.

Unfortunately we are currently unable to pay contributors, but any articles or photographs we use will be fully credited, and we will send you a copy of the edition they appear in.
